I need a person who not only can create beautiful designs but also genuinely help build the brand and organize the entire visual and communication aspects.
This concerns an old bakery in Madeira (Portugal), which has been operating for over 40 years. We specialize in traditional Portuguese baked goods, but previously no one seriously worked on branding or marketing. The old management did everything "the old way," without structure. Now, the new leadership wants to do everything properly: define who we are, how we present ourselves, how we look, what we say — and do it consistently.

One very important topic is pricing. The company is small but stable. We are not looking for the cheapest option, but the decision will be made rationally. There are several co-owners, and each spends their own money — they want to see what exactly you propose, how it will help the business, and how much it will cost. Everything is transparent.
We don't need fancy presentations; we need clarity: who you are, your experience, how you approach work, how much you charge for your services. Just tell us directly.
Work can be done completely remotely. But if you want to visit — we can provide accommodation, just 100 meters from the bakery. We have previously worked with specialists from Ukraine and were very satisfied, so we are open to collaboration again.
