Сейчас есть два вида поведения баннера. На экранах больше 800 пикселей должен появляться сразу и плавать вверху 180 пикселей вниз и пропадать. На экранах меньше 800 пикселей прикреплен к нижней части экрана и появляется после прокрутки вниз, не на первом экране. Просто нужно убрать баги на всех важных разрешениях.
