I am looking for an experienced marketer/marketing manager capable of taking on the development of a new online casino from scratch.
The project is ambitious, with a long-term perspective. There is already a technical base, and we need a master’s touch to make people talk about us, come to us — and stay.
What needs to be done:
Development and implementation of a marketing strategy to attract traffic.
Work with CPA/CPL networks, traffic arbitrage.
Building a sales funnel, including registration, deposit, and retention.
Participation in brand building from scratch: positioning, unique selling proposition, communication tone.
Organization and scaling of paid advertising (push traffic, etc.).
Work with affiliate programs (affiliate marketing).
Optimization of the funnel and increasing players’ LTV.
What skills are required:
Understanding of the iGaming / Gambling / Betting market.
Experience in promoting casinos, betting, gambling projects — mandatory.
Ability to work with budgets (from testing to large-scale).
Analytical thinking: ability to evaluate effectiveness, work with numbers, conduct A/B tests.
Experience in launching and managing marketing campaigns with ROI approach.
Knowledge of English is desirable (for understanding the audience, working with English-speaking platforms and partners).
