I understood the task: Telegram Mini App with two roles. The trader sees only their cards and requests (enable/disable cards, limits, current spending, confirmation/cancellation of requests + 20-minute timer). The admin (login via Telegram ID) manages traders (block/unblock), views and switches any cards, and manually sets the USDT→UAH exchange rate in the settings. I will create a neat admin panel inside the mini-app, with proper access rights and action logging (to see who enabled/disabled what and who was blocked).
I will implement it as a WebApp + backend: storing cards/limits/requests/statuses in the database, API with Telegram initData verification, role separation so that the trader physically cannot see other people's data. In the end, you will receive a working mini-app, an admin panel, a launch instruction, and .env.example.
A couple of clarifications:
1. Are requests created within the mini-app or do they come from an external system via API?
