Good afternoon, I am ready to implement the project.
It will be convenient: via the Teams API (a subscription is needed, create an application in Azure to get the client_id, client_secret, tenant_id; this data is needed by the server to work with Teams) and via Telegram, a bot needs to be created, its API key is required, and it should be added to the chat and provide me with the chat id.
A Railway Pro server is needed for $20 per month for a static URL; if the server restarts, the dynamic URL will change, and the webhooks will stop working.
Architecture of the future server:
Flask/FastAPI server, a bot that processes both webhooks (/telegram-webhook and /teams-webhook).
A database (SQLite / PostgreSQL / Redis) for storing forwarded messages.
Background database cleanup through a separate thread/task.
The forwarding logic checks: if the message has already been forwarded, do not forward it again.
I will create a bot with built-in webhooks and upload it to the repository; in Railway, I can provide my email to log in, or you can add me as a developer in the settings.
The implementation time is 3 days.
The cost is 6000 UAH.
My one day costs 2000 UAH.
