Доброго дня, а вас адреса підключення вірна? Може таке бути, що ваша кон. 1с не розуміє 443 порт https з'єднання, виправляв такі помилки на стороні 2с багато раз

можливо там стоїть переадресація з 443 порта на 80

это известная проблема
1С у вас скорее всего подключается по http протоколу и не работает по умолчанию с https

Там надо внести изменения в конфигураторе самой 1С чтобы база работала с https
