The company "OilBox" in Brovary is looking for a specialist who will lead the transition from 1C to the ERP system UGLA.

The main task is to organize and oversee the implementation of ERP from the business side: analyze our processes, develop a transition plan, coordinate work with UGLA integrators, and ensure the system is fully operational.

What you will need to do:

• analyze current business processes and work in 1C;

• determine what and how we will transfer to UGLA;

• create a list of tasks and priorities for implementation;

• coordinate work between OilBox and the UGLA team;

• monitor settings, data transfer, and testing;

• help prepare the team for a complete transition to the new ERP.

We are looking for a specialist with experience in:

• implementing ERP;

• transitioning from 1C/BAS;

• business analysis and process description;

• managing similar projects.

Experience with UGLA will be a significant advantage.
