Project Manager in the Interior Design Department

Our company RemontnikUA specializes in interior design and comprehensive renovation of residential and commercial real estate in Vinnytsia. We implement comprehensive renovation and interior projects and build a system in which the client receives not just a renovation, but a predictable result with controlled timelines, quality, and service. Currently, we are expanding our team and looking for a project manager in the interior design department who will help bring our designs to life!

Main tasks:
Lead projects from the moment of order to handover for implementation.
Plan the workload of designers and control project release timelines.
Organize communication between the client, designers, and the implementation team.
Monitor project stages, material selection, and samples.
Plan, coordinate, and adhere to deadlines to ensure each project is completed on time and with quality.
Quickly resolve issues that may arise during the process.
What we expect from you:
Experience in project management or related fields of at least 2 years.
Understanding of the stages of creating a design project and the sequence of work on it.
Experience working with schedules, tables, and contractors/suppliers.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and not get lost in details.
Ability to organize the team and processes.
