- Download the current version of the chat-bot from the server and set up a local/test environment.
- Conduct load testing and detailed logging to identify the cause of "hang-ups" (timeout errors, memory leaks, database issues, etc.).
- Implement phone number validation according to the international format (E.164) and provide input hints to the user.
- Redesign the resume interface: suggest a responsive layout, more readable typography, and a clear workflow.
