We are looking for an experienced SEO/GEO specialist to optimize 130 catalog pages for the Ukrainian market.
Project Goals
- improve page rankings in Google;
- increase relevant organic traffic;
- enhance the visibility of pages and the brand in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and other AI systems;
- develop an approach that can be scaled to other pages of the site.
The promotion geography is Ukraine.
The language of the pages is Ukrainian.
Main Tasks
Analysis and Prioritization
- analyze current positions, traffic, impressions, and clicks;
- check the indexing of pages;
- analyze competitors;
- categorize pages by priority and growth potential;
- record initial SEO and AI visibility metrics.
Semantics and Page Structure
For each page, it is necessary to:
- collect and cluster target queries;
- determine search intent;
- distribute primary and secondary queries;
- prepare Title, Description, and H1;
- suggest H2–H3 structure;
- prepare optimized content;
- provide recommendations for internal linking;
- suggest necessary technical changes.
GEO and AI Search
It is necessary not just to add FAQ but to comprehensively adapt pages for AI search:
- identify queries that can lead pages to appear in AI responses;
- create short self-contained blocks with direct answers;
- improve the structure and citation of content;
- work with entity SEO and topical authority;
- provide recommendations for structured data;
- check the accessibility of pages for AI crawlers;
- suggest a monitoring system for mentions and citations in various AI systems.
Expected Result for Each Page
Page optimization should include:
- cluster of target queries;
- defined search intent;
- analysis of competitive output;
- ready Title, Description, and H1;
- H2–H3 structure;
- ready content;
- implemented recommendations for GEO and AI Search;
- internal linking;
- technical recommendations if necessary;
- recording initial metrics for result evaluation.
Work Format
We work in two-week sprints.
At the beginning of each sprint, we agree on:
- the list of pages;
- priorities;
- tasks and hypotheses;
- expected results.
At the end of the sprint, we expect:
- ready materials for the agreed pages;
- a table with statuses;
- a list of recommendations and specifications;
- a brief report;
- a plan for the next sprint.
The total volume is 130 pages. The estimated pace is 20 fully optimized pages per month.
Reporting and Result Evaluation
It is necessary to track:
- position dynamics;
- impressions, clicks, and CTR;
- organic traffic;
- the number of queries in the top 3, top 10, and top 20;
- mentions and citations in AI responses;
- changes in AI visibility based on an agreed set of queries.
We understand that SEO and GEO do not guarantee specific positions or mentions. Therefore, we expect a transparent measurement methodology, recorded hypotheses, and reasoned conclusions.
