The project is interesting, but I will note right away: essentially, this is a Solana on-chain indexer + event analytics (whale alerts / swaps / liquidity / mint-burn) with a requirement for minimal load on RPC.

I can implement a solution with the right architecture for your task:
• A stream of transactions/slots through WebSocket (and if possible through Geyser/Yellowstone gRPC — this is the best option for “all blocks” without overloading RPC);
• Decoding transactions and extracting events:
• SPL transfers (whales $50k+),
• mint/burn,
• swaps and liquidity (Raydium/Orca for MVP, then expanding to other DEX);
• Price layer:
• A list of tokens through the public API CoinGecko,
• Price cache and updates for active tokens / on-demand, to avoid hitting limits,
• Calculation of USD valuations and detection of “strong movements after a swap”;
• Storage and analytics (PostgreSQL/ClickHouse), alerts in Telegram/Discord/HTTP.
