Could you please clarify whether this is about a bot using the Bot API or software that operates through a regular Telegram account?

I specify this because parsing participants and mass inviting through the Bot API is technically very limited and often impossible.

If full parsing and inviting is needed, this is implemented through a Telegram account (API session), and in that case, it will be portable software that can be shared as an archive.

I am ready to implement both options, but it is important to understand the exact task.

I can implement such a bot using Python Aiogram. However, there are important details; if by parsing you mean collecting all possible data after pressing /start, then this is feasible and easy to do. Data can be collected in an SQLite database and can also be output as a txt for convenience or xlsx if needed. You can collect Username, Phone number, if the person has it open, Last name, First name, region, and so on. Creating an invite link in the bot is also easy, as well as a small admin panel for you to set and edit your invite links.

If you want to parse groups, there are two options: you need to add the bot as an Admin to the group you want to parse, and if you cannot add the bot to the group as an admin, then the bot needs to be made based on the Telegram User API, not the Telegram Bot API, and collect groups using live accounts.

It can also be made portable as a program for Windows PC, where you simply insert a new Bot Token upon launch, and that's it.

Alternatively, for simplicity in development, I can just write you a guide on how to install all dependencies via the console, insert your token, and run the bot. There are just 5-7 steps one after another, and that's all.

You can also simply host the bot on a VPS hosting and, for example, provide access to the bot's functionality through the admin panel. Make the subscription paid, and so on, at your discretion.
