Main goal: to build a stable flow of quality audience and maintain lead cost within market limits while purchasing large volumes of traffic.
What was done:
• Segmentation and creatives: Divided the audience by geography and professions. Tested dozens of formats for different specialties — from line and production staff to office employees.
• Traffic system: Launched large-scale campaigns in Meta ADS for mass coverage and implemented a strategy for targeted audience overflow from relevant HR communities and freelance channels.
• Analytics: Implemented a tracking system for each "source → application" link, which allowed for the quick filtering of low-quality fraud and scaling only effective ads.
Campaign results:
• Reporting stage scaling metrics: 14,226 applications attracted.
• Total budget for the stage: 103,856 UAH.
• Stable application cost at volume: 7.3 UAH.
