462 applications for dentistry for implantation, veneers, braces

The owner of a dental clinic approached us with a task — to increase the number of inquiries for key services: dental implants, braces installation, and veneers.

What the client faced:
• The advertising previously launched did not yield results.
• The cost per lead was too high — on average $15.
• There were several attempts with another targeting specialist, but very few leads came in.



Main pain points:
• Limited service area of the clinic — it was important to precisely target the right geolocation.
• Need to improve lead quality.
• High competition in the dental niche in the city.



What we did: strategy and approach

1. Developed a quiz-website
• Instead of a standard lead capture form, we created a quiz-website with an attractive offer:
“Treatment plan — as a gift”.
• Additionally: 10% discount on the first visit.
• Thanks to the quiz, leads became more qualified — people completed a short survey before leaving contact details.

For each service, we created a separate quiz with relevant questions.

The client answered key questions and left their name, phone number, or Telegram login for contact.



2. Creatives
We focused on visual solutions to address the audience’s pain points:
• Before/after treatment photos and videos.
• 3D visualizations of procedures.
• Photos of happy patients with emotions.
• Videos with the doctor during treatment — the best format.
• Emphasis on comfort, professionalism, and safety of the clinic.
• Messages like:
“Pain and swelling free!”
“99% successful implantation!”

We always test different hypotheses to find the connection that provides high-quality leads at the lowest cost.



3. Analysis and optimization
• Continuous testing of offers, formats, banners, landing pages, and campaign goals.
• Due to narrow GEO and quick audience “burnout” — we also tested different optimization objectives.

In addition to the main campaign on the quiz-website, we simultaneously tested lead forms and lead collection via Instagram Direct.



Results:
• Leads received: 462
• Advertising budget: 104,331 UAH / $2480
• Cost per lead: 225 UAH / $5.4



Summary:
• Reduced the cost per lead threefold — from 630 UAH to 225 UAH.
• Gained over 460 leads for the clinic’s services.
• Increased conversion from lead to client — thanks to segmentation and the quiz.
