Main goal: To implement a quick start of the channel from scratch, differentiate from competitors, create a brand with a high level of trust, and maintain a minimal cost of user acquisition with significant investment volumes.
What was done:
• Brand and infrastructure development: Created a unique project identity, Tone of Voice (ToV), and optimized publication structure. Developed and implemented a technical ecosystem from scratch: specialized bots for deep analytics, audience overflow, and post automation.
• Marketing strategy: Set up a dual-channel traffic acquisition system. The first direction — aggressive launch of campaigns in Meta ADS during peak news events to quickly capture the cheapest traffic. The second direction — systematic partner overflow and purchases in niche regional media to maintain a stable daily flow.
• Content testing: Conducted a series of split tests of various formats (urgent "lightning" pieces, analytical digests, short notes) to determine the highest retention rate.
Campaign results:
• Project creation: completely from scratch (0 subscribers).
• Total campaign budget: 218,507 UAH.
• Number of acquired applications/subscribers: 32,613.
• Optimal cost per application at high volumes: 6.7 UAH (significantly lower than the average market indicator in the news media sector).
