Adaptive interface adjustments (phone blocks) on OpenCart

Implemented the addition of text captions under the phone number on the OpenCart website (ocStore 3.0.3.7) according to the layout.

Corrections made in several parts of the site:
– site header
– dropdown blocks
– footer
– contact page
– mobile menu

Ensured correct display on all devices (desktop and mobile), adhering to styles: font, color, margins.

Also implemented multilingual support (uk/ru/en) through language files and passing variables to Twig templates.
