Adaptive UX/UI design for travel service
The goal of the project is to re-design for one of the company’s sub-services, as part of the re-design of the entire system, in accordance with the rules of the new stacel of the company.
In the process of re-design, I analyzed the statistics from HotJar, analyzed the call call center and interacted closely with the sales manager to take into account the business goals.
