Adaptive web visit card

It was necessary to develop and build an adaptive-casino site with the form of social networks facebook, Google map and the possibility of filling the application form of the participant http://www.brown.com.ua.

2)I broke an adaptive site on the made of the Elena PSD patterns (HTML5/CSS3 + feedback form for the PHP questionnaire).3) The site is calculated on devices with a screen width of 320px (iPhone5, Samsung Galexi).All blocks on the site are shifted depending on the width of the monitor so that nothing falls beyond the viewing area.Text going in 3 columns on the computer on tablets is restored in 2, and on the phone in 1 etc.4)The filled survey goes to hosting with a redirect to the mail of the owner of the site.5) The form of the received letter is fully in accordance with the form of the completed questionnaire
