"Kiss of Aroma" is a high-volume luxury fragrance store requiring more than just a beautiful storefront. This was a comprehensive e-commerce engineering project focused on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). The goal was to build a robust sales machine designed to maximize Average Order Value (AOV) and customer retention through advanced marketing tech integrations.

My Role (Advanced Shopify Developer & CRO Specialist):

High-Converting UI/UX: Developed a premium, visually engaging storefront tailored to the luxury niche, including dynamic promotional banners (e.g., Mother's Day campaigns) and sticky conversion bars.

Advanced Bundling & Upsells: Engineered custom product bundle functionalities and strategic upsell/cross-sell flows to significantly increase the AOV.

Klaviyo Retention Ecosystem: Deeply integrated Klaviyo for automated email marketing. Built high-converting lead capture forms, dynamic pop-ups ("Unlock 15% Back"), and prepared the architecture for abandoned cart and welcome flows.

Performance Optimization: Ensured the integration of multiple MarTech apps (chat widgets, upsell tools) did not compromise site speed, maintaining a lightning-fast mobile shopping experience.

Tech Stack: Shopify (Advanced Liquid), Klaviyo, CRO Apps, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, E-commerce Strategy.
