Adwords API: Based on changing CSV file with products to manage ads
There is already created AdWords campaign (one group - one announcement) and changing CSV file with goods. On the basis of this cron-script to stop the group, if the goods disappeared from the CSV, to renew the group, if the goods again appeared, to create a group with an announcement under the new goods appearing.
