AI agent for the short-term apartment rental service
For this project, the AI agent is built in n8n and integrated with SendPulse via a webhook. It interacts with the Apartment24 system through HTTP requests.
The artificial intelligence agent can check for available apartments on selected dates, collect customer data for bookings (full name, phone number, email, number of guests, check-in and check-out dates), and automatically respond to frequently asked questions from customers. It receives real-time data from the Apartment24 platform and helps optimize the booking process.
A PostgreSQL memory is connected to the agent, allowing the agent to store conversation context and improve interaction with regular users.
