AI Agent Inbox: smart Telegram assistant for tasks and priorities

Developed an AI assistant in Telegram for collecting, classifying, and managing tasks.

Task:
Incoming messages, ideas, and tasks were getting lost in chats and notes. They had to be read, sorted, recorded, and kept in mind manually. This created chaos, took time, and complicated control over priorities.

What has been done:
— AI analyzes incoming messages in Telegram
— classifies tasks by type and priority
— extracts essence from text, voice, and photos
— routes tasks to the appropriate scenario
— stores data in Airtable
— sends messages and reminders in Telegram
— helps maintain focus on what is important
— adds retry logic and error handling for stable operation

Result:
Instead of chaotic manual sorting of messages, a single system has emerged that helps not to lose tasks, respond more quickly to important matters, and better control the daily workflow.
