What it does?
* Fetches real-time market data from Binance Futures (candles, ticker, order book, exchange info).
* Sends a structured market snapshot to OpenAI API to generate a trade signal (LONG / SHORT / NO_TRADE).
* Validates every signal with a Risk Engine (outside of the exchange API).
* If approved, the bot opens a position automatically, and places Stop-Loss + Take-Profit orders immediately.
* Tracks state, decisions, and execution results with robust logs and persistence.
