Designed and configured an AI-powered appointment booking assistant for Telegram. The bot communicates with clients in natural language, helps them book, reschedule, or cancel appointments, sends reminders, and notifies the business owner about new bookings. Appointment data is stored in Google Sheets and managed automatically through Make.com workflows.
