I built an AI-powered Telegram assistant using Make.com, OpenAI, and a Data Store. The system receives user messages, analyzes intent with AI, routes the logic, retrieves or stores data, formats the output, and sends automated replies in real time. This workflow reduces manual support, provides instant responses, and creates a scalable, 24/7 conversational assistant.
