AI-Powered Telegram Lead Management System (n8n & GPT-4o)

The goal was to automate the process of collecting, verifying, and storing customer leads from Telegram.

The bot does not just ask questions; it "understands" natural language. The user can write: "I am Vasyl, call me at 093*** ** **." The artificial intelligence extracts the name, formats the phone number according to the international standard (+380...), and checks if the lead is valid.

The system provides immediate feedback to the user in Telegram, confirming that their data has been securely stored, or asking for clarification if the entered data was unrecognized.
