AI funnel in Instagram Direct on ManyChat

The client was recording events through Instagram and was overwhelmed with the same questions in Direct — price, date, where and when. I connected ManyChat PRO to Instagram and created a flow where the bot automatically pulls current events from a Google Sheet via a webhook on Apps Script in response to incoming messages, and then replies with an AI step: it writes in live words according to the sales script and addresses typical objections like "too expensive" or "I'll think about it."
