Worker Performance AI Analyzer (Telegram Bot)

Telegram bot that uses OpenAI’s LLM API to analyze productivity and mood in real time. The system processes chat messages, detects tone, identifies burnout signs, and scores productivity (0–1) with actionable recommendations. Features include individual and team reports, admin-only access, SQLite storage, and structured AI outputs via function calling. Built with Python, aiogram, asyncio, OpenAI API, and Telegram API.
