2D animation in Adobe Effects

You need to create a colorful 2D animation on Halloween in Adobe Effects not more than 20 seconds. You need a .aep source file. There is an idea. The characters will be two - a tail and a knife. The story is like: the tail escapes from the knife, the knife falls into the hole. The joy goes to the hairdresser. Behind the back of the tick appears a knife in the place of the hairdresser. I don’t see the tail. The knife folds the shade, in front of the camera the inscription Happy Halloween
