Animation based on a static image

From a regular illustration, I created an animation with dynamic elements:
the artillery cannon fires (with fire and smoke animation),
the radio receiver antenna moves,
the flag realistically flutters in the wind.
The work is done in the style of cinematic animation with a sense of presence and a detailed atmosphere.
