Anonymous bot to send questions and suggestions

Greetings! This bot is designed to send questions and suggestions anonymously. Let's see how it works:

1. Start page:
After calling the /start command, the bot welcomes you and gives you the opportunity to create a request by clicking the "Create request" button.

2. Selection of request type:
After clicking on "Create request", you are prompted to choose the type of request - "Anonymous request" or "Named request". Choose the one that suits you best.

3. Selection of the request type (continued):
After selecting the request type, you are asked to choose whether it will be a "Request" or "Proposal".

4. Sending a request:
Depending on the options you've selected, you'll be prompted to enter the text of your message.

5. Anonymous sending:
If "Anonymous request" is selected, your message will be sent anonymously and you will receive a confirmation of sending.

6. Registered shipment:
If "Name Request" is selected, your name and, if possible, phone number will be included in the message. You will also receive a confirmation after sending.
