Antiplagial translations

The program checks the translations to the banal translation of the Google Translator and calculates the uniqueity. If the text is fully matching the translation from the Google Translator, the program will return the value close to 0 percent. Currently only two languages are supported - Russian and English. The program first translates the text using a free Google translator, then checks two texts using the Shingle method for uniqueity.
