Startup, a pizza delivery company.
Tasks
The client approached us for help with developing a pizza delivery startup in the city of Lviv.
Process
The Promodex team decided to implement the project in the following stages:
- Study competitors and target audience;
- Conduct search query analysis to create a semantic core for the website.
- Create the website structure based on the semantic core;
- Work out the UI/UX design of the project based on the conducted analytics;
- Develop a brand book, logo, and design mockups for the website;
- Develop an online store;
- Set up necessary integrations with CRM system and mailing service;
- Test the project, including usability testing.
Results
The Promodex team developed the online store within 18 days:
- An online store was created that combines ease of use and modern design.
- In addition to ready-made product cards, functionality for "assemble your own" pizza was developed, allowing users to select desired ingredients for the dish.
- Integration with CRM system and SMS mailing service was completed.
- The website has high loading speed.
- There is a loyalty system – accumulating bonuses based on the order amount; discounts depending on the order amount and self-pickup.
- Internal SEO optimization was also carried out, enabling quick website promotion.
- Online payment setup through the website;
- Address input via Google Maps API for the most accurate delivery address;
- Based on testing and surveys of the potential target audience, we received positive feedback regarding the website's usability.
- Currently, the website is not operational due to the start of the war in Ukraine.

The project involved a team of 8 people: project manager, business analyst, marketer, UI/UX specialist, SEO specialist, front-end and back-end developers, QA specialist.
The website was developed on the OpenCart CMS, as this CMS meets all technical requirements and allowed us to implement all necessary functions.
