Application for Windows: Compare images.

He developed an application under WIndows, to compare data from the specified rtf file, with images in maps, and extract the result into the XML file. If such a file is available, it will re-recording it.
He worked with:
1) Tkinet (development of the coat)
processing of the rtf file,
3) Reading from the specified folder the number and names of files and maps.
