WHAT WE OFFER?
Architectural project:
- Site visit (free of charge within Kyiv city and within a 30 km radius from the city);
- Measurements, development of several planning options;
- Research of your request, analysis of similar projects and your stylistic preferences;
- Creation of a concept and visualizations of the selected option;
- Complete set of drawings for the project: house placement on the site, floor plans, engineering communication plans, sections, facades, architectural and structural nodes, specifications and schedules, photorealistic 3D visualizations of the future building, and more.

Sketch project:
- Development of several planning options;
- Research of your request, analysis of similar projects and your stylistic preferences;
- Creation of a concept and visualizations of the selected option;
- Set of drawings: house placement on the site, floor plans, sections, facades, photorealistic 3D visualizations of the future building.

Landscape design:
- Site visit (free of charge within Kyiv city and within a 40 km radius from the city);
- Development of several master plan options;
- Research of your request, analysis of similar projects and your stylistic preferences;
- Creation of a concept and visualizations of the selected option;
- Complete set of drawings for the project: master plan, dendroplan, planting plan, lighting scheme, automatic watering scheme, structural nodes, specifications and plant and material lists, photorealistic 3D visualizations of the future site, and more.

Author supervision and management:
- Site visit for quality control of contractors’ work, negotiations with them;
- If needed, selection of alternative materials and solutions;
- Completion of the site with materials from rough to finishing;
- Budget formation for each project stage;
- Constant control of timely deliveries.

PRICE:
- Sketch project - $7 per m2;
- Architectural project - $12 per m2;
- Landscape design - $100 / per hundred square meters + visualization costs;
- Author supervision and management - $400 (approximate price, negotiable).
