The architectural design of the two-story villa is executed in the Venetian style of architecture of the Italian Renaissance period, using elements typical of Italian palazzos: numerous repeating arches, gently sloping tiled roofs, wall finishing with natural stone - travertine with an abundance of decorative stucco. In constructing the volumetric-spatial composition of the house and its surroundings, techniques of symmetry, proportionality and rhythm of repeating elements were used. The villa is designed for a site with challenging terrain in the mountainous area of Batumi, Georgia. The ground floor features a spacious living room, kitchen/dining room, guest room, boiler room, laundry room, and guest bathroom. On the second floor are a master bedroom with access to the terrace, two walk-in closets, and a bathroom, two children's bedrooms, and a bathroom. A grand three-flight staircase, located opposite the entrance area, provides vertical communication.
