Architectural project of a villa in Venetian style (Georgia, Batumi)
The architectural project of a two-story villa is designed in the Venetian style of architecture from the Italian Renaissance period, using elements typical of Italian palaces: numerous repeating arches, gentle tiled roofs, wall finishing with natural stone - travertine, with an abundance of decorative stucco.
When constructing the volumetric-spatial composition of the house and its surroundings, techniques of symmetry, proportionality, and rhythm of repeating elements were used.
The villa is designed on a plot with complex terrain - in the mountainous area of Batumi (Georgia).
On the first floor, a spacious living room, kitchen-dining room, guest room, boiler room, laundry room, and guest restroom are planned. On the second floor - a master bedroom with access to the terrace, with two dressing rooms and a bathroom, two children's bedrooms, and a restroom. Vertical communication is provided by a grand three-flight staircase located opposite the entrance area.
