Analysis of competitors.
Research competitors’ websites, study their design, content, interactiveness, etc. in order to identify the advantages and disadvantages.

Development of user interface design (UI) and user experience research (UX), including the choice of color palettes, fonts, button styles, forms, interactive elements, etc.
