What has been done: a marketing strategy for attracting clients for test drives and car purchases through the trade-in system (exchanging your car for a new one) has been created, advertising has been set up on Facebook and Instagram, and a chatbot has been created in Telegram that explains the terms of the promotion and warms up the audience without manager intervention.
