Automated Cake Order Processing System for a Bakery

Built an AI-powered workflow to automate the processing of cake order requests received by email. The goal of the project was to reduce manual work, speed up response time, and make client communication more structured and efficient. The workflow detects cake order requests, extracts key details such as client name and quantity, calculates the total price, generates a commercial proposal in Google Docs, shares it via link, and sends a reply automatically. As a result, the process became faster, more consistent, and less dependent on manual handling.
