Automated PDF Invoice Processing from Gmail via n8n

Built an automated incoming invoice processing system: n8n monitors Gmail, recognizes PDF invoices, and enters data into Google Sheets without human involvement. Implemented ZUGFeRD and Factur-X support — EU-standard electronic invoices. Configured AGB-PDF filtering, file naming rules, duplicate detection, SEPA and discount columns. WhatsApp notification on new invoice arrival. The spreadsheet stays clean: one invoice equals one record.
