Automatic localization system with AI for the information portal

The project is developed using Laravel, DeepL API, and OpenAI API.

1. Intelligent translation system from Ukrainian to English with a differentiated approach:
- Automatic translation of articles, tags, and author information
- "Smart" content distribution: less critical elements are translated via DeepL API (to save costs)
- Fields requiring accuracy and contextual understanding are processed by the OpenAI o4 Mini model using a special prompt
- Control of translation results

2. Tracking content changes:
- Automatic translation of new materials
- Translation of only modified fields when editing existing content
- Maintaining the integrity and relevance of translations

3. SEO optimization for a multilingual website:
- Automatic translation of meta tags for all pages
- Generation of separate sitemaps for each language
- Full support for multilingual SEO

4. Integration into the website interface:
- Language switcher (Ukrainian/English) for desktop and mobile versions
- Translation of all static interface elements
- Responsive design supporting all types of devices

5. Administrative functions:
- Ability to edit automatic translations through the admin panel
