Automatic Machine for Profile Formation

Light steel thin structures (LSTK) are a thin steel building structure that is used for the construction of a fast-montered house.

I developed a line to make a profile from 1m to 12m, with a leaf thickness of 0.8mm.

The line storage:
Rolling of stainless steel;
Hydraulic printing;
Machine for rolling;
Hydraulic knife;
The reception of guests;
System of automatic control.
