AI bot for fitness studio (Fitbot)

Developed a virtual assistant for a fitness studio that automates communication with clients, provides information about services, and helps schedule workouts. The bot simplifies the processing of requests and helps the studio work more efficiently with potential clients.

What the system does:
- provides information about services, subscriptions, and workouts
- helps clients sign up for classes
- transfers the client to a manager in case of more complex requests
- collects contact information of potential clients (leads)
- stores information in a Data Store
- automatically transfers leads to CRM via Make for further processing

Result:
The bot automates initial communication with clients, helps process requests faster, and organizes data about leads in CRM.
