Automation of Farm Production BIOCAD

The project was adopted to implement 1C: ERP 2.0 in the dark state. It led the project to a successful completion. As the head of the team of 9 people (3 consultants and 6 developers) led to the completion of the subproject on the following subsystems: Sales, Budgeting, Transition to a new version of production planning (version 2.2).
