Automation of Google Meet tracking through n8n.
The screen shows the flow in which the automation is built based on n8n. It receives an event from Google Calendar at the start of the call and gathers those users who confirmed their attendance at the call, verifies the received emails with the emails from the Notion employee database, and creates tasks in the Notion database, where the name of the call, its start and end time, and the employee are specified.
For the automation to work, the Google account on which this automation is implemented must be added to the call.
