Automation of PowerPoint and other Office products
Within the project scope, I mastered the interface of the MS PowerPoint management software.
The task only required launching the presentation without the editor, obtaining the current slide number, and switching to a specific slide. However, the functionality provided by Microsoft for automating Office programs is extremely vast - I may have only familiarized myself with a quarter of the functions: you can automate the creation of presentations (applies to Word and Excel as well), add images, text, specify font, style, transitions, etc. The same goes for the slideshow mode: the aforementioned functionality, pointer control, transition control.
The solution works successfully on PowerPoint 2016, PowerPoint as part of Office 365. If anyone is interested in this type of automation, feel free to contact me.
