B2B Cold Email Campaign — Mood Board Engineering (Wellness Tech)
Project Overview
Developed and implemented a full-cycle B2B cold email campaign for Mood Board Engineering — a Hungarian company that offers immersive multisensory SPA solutions based on 5D wellness technologies. The target audience includes hotel owners, wellness center managers, and private spa complexes across Europe.
My Role and Responsibilities
As an email marketer on this project, I managed the entire campaign process in collaboration with a professional graphic designer:
Contact Database Validation — Prior to launching the campaign, I conducted a thorough check of the database: removed invalid addresses, duplicates, and undeliverable contacts to maximize deliverability and protect sender reputation.
Strategy and Copywriting — Developed the narrative and text of the email in a consultative B2B tone, built around the audience's pain point ("the sauna experience is almost always the same"), leading to a clear value proposition and CTA — a request for consultation.
Collaboration with Designer — Worked closely with the designer to create a pixel-perfect HTML email template in both light mode and dark mode for proper display in all popular email clients and on all devices.
Campaign Setup and Launch — Set up and launched the outreach sequence through Snov.io while adhering to technical requirements: SPF/DKIM, compliance with unsubscribe requirements, sender warming.
