Base - EXPEDITOR (leading fury on the roads of Europe)
The multi-user app was developed on the #MSAccess Wednesday on order of the autotransport company, for automation and group work of the team from several employees, expeditors, leading the furs on the roads of #Euroma.
And that is:
Each of the "Roads Leaders", working consistently in, the 24 hour mode controls the work of at least 15 trucks receiving applications for transportation, planning routes for each fury from charging to charging, paying the road, planning the repair, controlling the labour and rest of drivers according to the tachograph data, resolves all the reduced tasks of cargo transportation and prepares reports for the management. The app works in close cooperation and by sharing data with the #GPS-tracking #LocTracker service.
The app allows the simultaneous work of all employees with a general database of the company’s transportation. And the management allows to monitor the current state of all parts, to form the final reports, to make decisions on the hot replacement of employees and #autotransport.
