I conducted user research to understand the expectations and behavior of the Moldovan market when purchasing cosmetics online, creating a personalized experience for Beauty Factory users.
I developed a user journey map, optimized navigation, and added features such as filters and product recommendations. Using Figma, I designed simple, user-friendly wireframes with a modern minimalist user interface. After testing with real users, I refined the design.
